Part 1: Preparing related EpiData Entry files from an Excel™ sheet
This part starts from an Excel™ file with more than 1 row (1 row for every visit) per individual and ends with and EpiData Entry file with a parent file that relates to a child file into which an unlimited number of visits can be entered. This example will limit the number of visits from 1 up to a maximum of 3 visits.

Part 2: Restructure related files into a single file for use in analysis
- Relate the CHILD.REC to the PARENT.REC file
- Sort by ID and generate a variable to number the visits
- Create the combined PARENTCHILD.REC file
- Add a PARENTCHILD.QES and PARENTCHILD.CHK file for proper display in analysis
- Simple analysis
